Pineapple, green mango, boxwood, red pepper, light citrus and herbal notes… yes, all these aromas are present in this pale straw-yellow wine, with a pleasant bitter finish.
VINEYARD
The La Bodeguilla vineyard, located in Valdestillas (Valladolid), is planted with several white grape varieties, including Sauvignon Blanc, one of the most widely recognised white grape varieties worldwide.
The vines are trained on trellises at an altitude of around 740 metres above sea level. The sandy soil of this plot makes it ideal for cultivating this variety. Another vineyard located in Pozaldez, also trellis-trained but at a higher altitude, contributes additional typicity to the final blend.

Tropical aromas of green pineapple and mango, boxwood notes, herbal nuances, and a subtle citrus and red pepper background.
Palate

Melior Sauvignon Blanc is an ideal wine to pair with fish, salads, or simply to enjoy by the glass.
