Almazara Oliduero
is an innovative project resulting from years of research evaluating the adaptation of the olive tree (Olea europaea L.) to the climatic and edaphic conditions of Castilla y León. The EVOO made in Castilla y León is more intense, with greater bitterness and itching (qualities sought in high quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil), with a lower fat yield, that is, more olives are required to make the same amount of oil.

EARLY HARVEST OIL

In mid-October, early, we harvested the first olive trees to make this extra virgin olive oil of superior category. Obtained from unverified Arbequina olives, it has a greater aromatic intensity and flavor, more body and greater stability due to its greater oleic acid. An olive oil jewel that is also a source of antioxidants since it has a high concentration of polyphenols. This olive oil comes in a gift box.

OLIDUERO OIL PRESTIGE

Extra Virgin Olive Oil obtained only from olive juice of the Picual and Arbequina varieties of own olive groves through mechanical procedures and cold extraction to maintain its high organoleptic qualities.

MARRIAGE: You will love it with salads, chicken, pasta, in vinaigrettes and mayonnaise and also in pastries or in the preparation of pickles.

Elaborated at the beginning of November from olives of the Picual variety, from the own olive groves integrated in Organic Agriculture
