Our return guarantee ensures that if you wish to return a product because you no longer want it, due to a defect or poor condition, you can choose to receive another product instead (returns may incur shipping costs), or a refund of the amount paid.

Payments by bank transfer

All orders paid for by bank transfer must be paid before the goods are dispatched.

Validity of promotions

Promotions have a set validity period, either in terms of date or available units. Once that date has passed or the available stock has been exhausted, the aforementioned promotions will no longer be available.

You have 15 days to return any purchase.
