Designation of Origin Toro
Carlos Moro FincaValmediano (Designation of Origin Toro) is a red wine made from Toro red wine grapes grown in Valdefinjas at the Valmediano Estate; a pre-phylloxera vineyard goblet-trained in poor sandy soils located in the basin of the Duero River. Its traditional harvesting method is carried out manually.
During winemaking, a triple selection of grapes is made first in the field, then cluster by cluster and finally berry by berry. After fermentation, this wine is matured for 18 months in new French oak barrels from the most prestigious coopers.

Carlos Moro FincaValmediano is a red wine with a purplish tone. The nose is powerful, intense and complex, with very ripe dark fruit aromas with balsamic notes of aromatic plants between maturation notes (cedar wood, liquorice, Chinese ink...). It has a warm and powerful structure full of personality, as well as a long and lingering finish. It is a great wine for laying down.

Matarromera Crianza (D.O. Ribera del Duero) es el buque insignia de Bodega Matarromera. Es la muestra palpable del equilibrio entre fruta y madera que tanto caracteriza a la bodega. Un vino elaborado con uvas de la variedad Tempranillo que se cría en barricas de roble americano y francés durante 12 meses en salas con humedad controlada y una iluminación tenue. Tras esta crianza, el vino pasa a la botella donde termina de pulirse hasta que está listo para salir de la bodega.
MARIDAJE: Para maridar Matarromera Crianza, proponemos todo tipo de carnes, tanto blancas como rojas, pero también es perfecto para otro tipo de platos como arroces y pastas. La clave está en elegir un buen acompañante (o varios) y disfrutar de cada copa y de cada brindis.
Matarromera Reserva (Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero) procede de los viñedos que la bodega posee en Olivares de Duero. La uva de la variedad Tempranillo con la que se elabora Matarromera Reserva se selecciona minuciosamente con extremo cuidado. El vino tinto que resulta de dicho proceso es complejo, sedoso y muy elegante. La crianza en barrica de roble americano y francés tiene lugar durante 18 meses. Tras dos años en botella, el vino estará listo para saciar los más exigentes.
MARIDAJE: Es un vino perfecto para acompañar todo tipo de carnes, ideal para barbacoas, incluso con platos picantes. También los pescados azules son perfectos compañeros para este tinto.
Granza Roble (eco) (Denominación de Origen Ribera del Duero) es un vino roble 6 meses en barrica, proveniente de nuestras parcelas ecológicas de Pesquera de Duero y Valbuena de Duero. Se trata de un vino fácil de tomar franco y complejo. Notas de fruta negra madura se mezclan con toques florales de violeta y un fondo mineral para crear en tu boca un perfecto balance.
MARIDAJE: Atrévete con maridajes arriesgados, prueba con un foie de pato y mermelada de frambuesa. Si eres más tradicional pruébalo con carnes a la brasa, platos de pescado azul como salmón y, por supuesto, con queso.

Un viñedo que ha sido preparado desde hace más de 5 años para ir poco a poco tratándolo de manera natural para conseguir un vino suave y natural. La fermentación se hace a partir de levaduras propias procedentes de esta región. Pasa 6 meses en barrica.
