A LONG-CHERISHED PROJECT
Emina Emoción is a complex and elegant signature wine. A pure, traditional and modern wine made from selected grapes from the Valdebaniego area. Specifically, from vines on the lower slopes of the Ribera del Duero, chosen for the special composition of their limestone soils. Thanks to a triple harvest, grapes of superior quality are selected, without masking any of the variety's characteristic flavours or aromas.
Emina combines traditional winemaking values with modern knowledge, which means that this wine is fermented and macerated in stainless steel tanks, before being aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and then finishing in the bottle for the time necessary for the tannins to round out and give it that elegance that provides a long-lasting flavour and a great memory, just like emotions.

Aromas of ripe red fruits and spicy black fruits with hints of cocoa without lactones. It is a complex wine, full of balanced nuances that evoke mineral touches.

A wine with character, with firm, rounded tannins and great length, without peaks or edges, rounded thanks to its ageing. Its elegance and complexity are similar to those of a reserve wine, but with the carefree touch that stands out in all Bodega Emina wines.
