MODERN BLENDED WINE
This wine comes from vineyards located in the highest areas of the Sierra de Cantabria, between San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida, one of the most prestigious areas in La Rioja.
The weather conditions in this area are very special, as the mountains themselves act as a natural filter for the humid storms from the north, filtering fresh, healthy air that bathes our vineyards, giving these wines great aromatic freshness, fruitiness, structure and minerality. Aged for 12 months in lightly toasted French and American oak barrels, this is a modern wine that will leave no one indifferent.
The cool, calcareous soils of San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida, located in the northernmost part of the Rioja Qualified Designation of Origin and close to the CM de Matarromera winery. Old vineyards between 25 and 80 years old, planted in goblet style, with limited production and small grapes.

Nose
Aromas of fresh red fruit such as raspberry and blackberry and floral notes of violet, with subtle hints of eucalyptus menthol, white pepper spices, liquorice root and mineral and clay notes.
Palate
Very elegant and smooth, with good acidity that emerges after the fruity and fine toasted sensations, with a pleasant and long finish. It is an intense, round and balanced wine with a long and persistent aftertaste.
PAIRING
Oinoz Crianza is a wine that pairs perfectly with Rioja-style potatoes, pochas (white beans), stews, casseroles, white meats with sauce, roasted red meats, goat's cheese and cold meats.

OINOZ is a modern family of wines that originates in the foothills of the Sierra de Cantabria, in San Vicente de la Sonsierra and Labastida, two of the most renowned wine-producing municipalities in the Rioja DOCa. OINOZ comes from OINOS, which means wine in Greek.
