GRANZA ORGANIC VERDEJO – BALANCE OF CITRUS AND FLOWERS
Granza Organic Verdejo is a young white wine from our organic vineyards in Valdestillas, D.O. Rueda. Hand-harvested Verdejo grapes come from the Carralancha vineyard in Pozaldez, cultivated using traditional and artisanal methods, based on sustainable and organic practices and biological pest control.

An exclusive, limited-production wine with organic certification. Light, floral notes blend with citrus to create a perfect balance on the palate.
This wine won a Gold Medal at the Ecovino Awards 2016. It comes from our organic plot in Valdestillas, the cradle of D.O. Rueda. The Carralancha vineyard covers 20.56 hectares, with sandy-loam soils and good subsoil, providing the vigour needed for a quality organic white wine. Planted with an indigenous Verdejo clone, it expresses purity and elegance.

Nose
Fresh, intense, and complex aromas of tropical fruits such as kiwi, pineapple, and passion fruit. Elegant floral hints of lavender and fennel, with a citrusy background of grapefruit.
Palate
Excellent balance between bright acidity and structure, echoing citrus and tropical fruit aromas. Long, full-bodied, and very fresh finish.
PAIRING
Granza Verdejo is highly versatile, perfect with potato-based stews, fish, seafood, and vegetables. It also pairs beautifully with cheese.
