This wine is made with grapes from our Las Piedras vineyard, where the maturity and age of the vineyard allow for perfect, consistent production. The proximity of the pine forest and the sandy soil guarantee the freshness of this exclusive grape. After careful production, this white wine from the Rueda Designation of Origin has fermented for at least 2 months in tanks and then 7 months in new French oak barrels, giving it exclusivity, delicacy and impeccable elegance.

Nose
The nose is dominated by tropical fruit aromas with aniseed and rosemary notes typical of the Verdejo variety, with spicy aromas, fresh brioche-like pastries from its time in French oak barrels, as well as delicious butter.
Palate
On the palate, it has great structure and ample volume.
PAIRING
Due to its barrel ageing, this wine is very versatile for any pairing, whether with meat or fish. Great to accompany throughout lunch or dinner. Ideal for white meats, legumes and blue and white fish.
