VINEYARD
The La Bodeguilla vineyard, located in Valdestillas (Valladolid), is planted with several white grape varieties, including Sauvignon Blanc, one of the most widely recognised white grape varieties worldwide.
The vines are trained on trellises at an altitude of around 740 metres above sea level. The sandy soil of this plot makes it ideal for cultivating this variety. Another vineyard located in Pozaldez, also trellis-trained but at a higher altitude, contributes additional typicity to the final blend.
