Emina Rosé Prestigio is a rosé wine from the Cigales D.O. that comes from old vineyards planted over 70 years ago using the goblet method. It is made from different grape varieties, both white and red, which contribute their own tones and characteristics. Cold maceration is used to extract little colour and obtain a unique pale pink colour. The production process ends with two months of ageing on fine lees.

Nose
It is a very complex, enveloping, voluptuous and intense wine, due to the blend of varieties from which it is made. On the nose, it presents a wide range of aromas of forest fruits, such as redcurrant and blackberry, as well as herbaceous and balsamic nuances of thyme and lavender, with subtle mineral tones.
Palate
This is a rosé wine with moderate volume, the result of long cold maceration of the grapes, but which is light and suggestive.
