How do I make a purchase at Tienda Matarromera?

It’s very easy: choose the product or products you want and add them to your basket using the BUY button. Once you have filled your basket, simply click CHECKOUT and follow the instructions. If you have a promotional or discount code, you can apply it at this step. Confirm the shipping address, the billing address (if different from the shipping address), select your payment method and… Done! Your order has been placed.

Do I need to create a Tienda Matarromera account to buy?

No, it is not necessary. You do not need to create an account to shop in our store. You can make any purchase without registering; however, for your convenience, you have the option to create a Tienda Matarromera account. In addition to making the checkout process easier, it will allow you to manage your purchase history and other preferences such as shipping addresses, notifications, etc., as well as access special offers.

I forgot my password, how do I recover it?

If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it easily. Click on My Account and you will find a link that says “Forgot your password?”; follow the steps indicated to reset it.

Can I modify my order once it has been placed? And cancel it?

You can make changes to your purchase until you have paid; from that point on, you will not be able to modify it. However, if you forgot to include a product or need to make a change, please contact us and we will provide the best solution. If you want to cancel your purchase, you can do so from your Tienda Matarromera account before we have processed and shipped it. If this option is not available, it means the delivery process has already begun. Please contact us to proceed with the cancellation.
