WIN TEMPRANILLO 12 MONTHS – EXCLUSIVE INNOVATION
This is the only alcohol-free red wine made from Tempranillo grapes and aged for 12 months in oak barrels. It undergoes two types of fermentation: an alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks and a malolactic fermentation once the alcohol has been removed.

Pioneers in Research and Development
WIN was born from a pioneering research project: the first low-alcohol and alcohol-free wines created to meet the growing demand for these products.
WIN wines are produced from white and red wines made with Verdejo and Tempranillo grapes which, thanks to an innovative process, preserve all their natural properties and aromas except for the alcohol.
WIN produces a white wine with medium maceration, followed by the extraction of ethyl alcohol using a sophisticated and highly respectful method. Made from Verdejo grapes, it is unaged and undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Production follows strict technological winemaking processes, including the extraction of polyphenols from the finest grapes under proprietary patent, molecular deconstruction of their elements, and the subsequent organic integration and organoleptic reconstruction of their components.

VINEYARD
The vineyards of La Casa, Villanueva and La Cabaña, from which Melior de Matarromera Tempranillo is produced, are located in the heart of Ribera del Duero, near the Monastery of Santa María de Valbuena.
This area boasts a rich winemaking heritage, marked by the reintroduction of viticulture by Cistercian monks in the Middle Ages, contributing to the historical prestige of the region.
