This sparkling white wine from the DO Rueda is an authentic "champagne" that pairs perfectly with any toast, celebration, or meal finished with this sparkling white brut.
Coming from the Finca de Las Marcas located in Villalba de Adaja, next to the town of Matapozuelos, it has been carefully produced following the traditional champenoise method by the Emina Medina Winery. Its elegant and fine bubbles leave a very fresh and pleasant sensation.
The best Verdejo grape, grown in our own Emina vineyards next to the poor land located at the entrance of the Adaja Valley, is the perfect raw material for making this sparkling wine that, when the winemaking process is finished, spends at least 12 months in the bottle to achieve perfect quality.
The aromas of this wine reminisce about tropical fruits, citrus fruits and yeast, together with milky tones accompanied by the aromas of fresh pastry.
With a yellowish straw colour and lime-green reflections, its fine bubbles form a continuous and dynamic rosary that, once on the surface, creates a lingering crown around the glass rim.
In the mouth it is a very fresh sparkling wine with a pleasant mid-palate, balanced acidity and no sugar content, but with an extraordinary balance and powerful result.
