This Crianza red wine from D.O. Toro is made from Tinta de Toro grapes sourced from carefully selected vines with low yields but exceptional quality due to the advanced age of the plants. Natural fertilisers are used and targeted pruning carried out, resulting in an organic wine that is fresh, light, and fruity.

Cyan Crianza is aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels, adding a natural and fresh touch that makes it irresistible.
This wine is the result of organic cultivation in our Valdefinjas vineyards, located at the western edge of D.O. Toro. The landscape, with calcareous outcrops among sandy valleys, gives these wines a genuine freshness. At La Calera vineyard, on sandy soils with calcareous outcrops, some of the vineyards over 30 years old contribute grapes for this wine. Its character is shaped by the challenging conditions of these soils, ideal for austere vineyards in an almost arid climate.

The name Bodega Cyan was not chosen at random. On the one hand, it represents the blue reflections characteristic of wine, but it also tells the curious story of a small bird called Cyanopica, measuring just over 30 cm, with intense blue wings and a long tail, which lives in the Toro area and in Asia.
